Under the No Surprises Act, you have the right to receive a Good Faith Estimate of the expected cost of services if you do not have insurance or choose not to use your insurance benefits. A Good Faith Estimate provides an estimate of the total expected cost of care based on the information available at the time it is created. This estimate helps you understand and plan for the financial aspects of your services in advance.
Please note that the estimate is not a contract and may change if additional services are needed.
If you receive a bill that is at least $400 more than your Good Faith Estimate, you have the right to dispute the bill.
You may request a Good Faith Estimate at any time before scheduling services. Please contact our office if you have questions.
